SocialSurvey’s 2018 Highlights:
2018 was a fantastic year at SocialSurvey. Here are a couple of my favorite highlights:
SocialMonitor:
With SocialSurvey and our newest product launch, SocialMonitor, our clients now have the ability to monitor their employees’ online social profiles for compliance. SocialMonitor had a fantastic rollout. Our clients adopted it highly and it’s been a great success. In 2019, SocialMonitor will get even more robust.
Create WOW Summit:
A lot of fun, alongside a lot of productive work, was completed together at the 2018 Create WOW Summit. As a Client Partner, if you didn’t get a chance to attend Create WOW Summit 2018, ask somebody… ask one of your industry peers – you’ve got to be there in 2019. It’s a fantastic event. We really do have a blast!
More WOW in 2019.
At the Create WOW Summit, we promised some enhancements. Here’s what you’re going to see from us in a staged way over 2019.
Indexed Search:
We’ve built our new search. We have more data and better data than most other platforms when it comes to review data – verified review data about the agents that we’re serving. Whether it’s top loan officer, top real estate agent, or top insurance agent, we are going to be indexing the top folks in every zip code and every city in America to help you win SEO and start really creating new organic business for you.
Enhanced Schema and APIs:
We’re enhancing our schema and our APIs. We want to give our Client Partners the ability to build your own business intelligence integrations, and even develop it in a way that you can use it for single sign-on (SSO) inside your current intranet and make it a part of your platform.
Data Sharing Partnerships:
We’re expanding our data sharing partnerships. We recently signed with LendingTree, and are looking forward to an expected launch in Q1 of 2019. For our mortgage partners, this is a data sharing partnership that can help create a lot of organic lift and even help you win on those lead purchases through LendingTree. More announcements about data sharing partnerships are coming!
More WOW for Reviews:
At the Create WOW Summit, our Client Partners voted on the ability to add media to completed reviews as among your number one enhancement requests. That’s already in progress, and will be available by Create WOW Summit 2019 in September.
SocialListings:
For our multi-location brands, the overwhelming winner at the Create WOW Summit was Listings Management. This gives a Client Partner the ability to manage their name, address, phone number, hours of operation and photos across more than a hundred different websites like Yelp, Google, Yahoo, Bing, Citysearch and City-data. All of these different sites can get messy, but it doesn’t have to be. We’re creating a solution for this challenge. It’s called SocialListings.
We hear you loud and clear! It is a messy online landscape. Managing reviews and listings, monitoring for social compliance and social proof – all of these things have been a challenge for multi-location brands. SocialSurvey is going to go even further in 2019 by giving you one login; one place where you can solve the whole problem.
